Yes. Here's the information. The deadline to request a special ballot was 8:00 PM, Friday, February 19. The deadline for Elections NL to receive a completed special ballot kit is 4:00 PM, March 25. Our regular hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In addition to the regular office hours, the Elections NL call centre operates until 8:00 p.m.
