46 million shares after the reverse stock split.  20 million of that was shareholders before the reverse stock split.  Mostly deep pockets .  Imo 20 millions shares or less of this company are owned by us the public.  I'm going to guess 15 mill to 10 million. I own 2.5 mill of that amount.  So around 75 to 85 million of this company is owned by strategic deep pocket

Even if they did a pp at 1 dollar and invested into a big play, the cheap 6 to 12 cent shares would make them a great return.  It's like this is a private company now. Two reasons im still invested. Mark jarvis track record and the people involved behind the scenes.

If you are saying actual public float is so small, would you think much of that public float might have changed hands after the bad news ? HR

I'm thinking a few people sold shares with the bad news. Of course. I also think the deep pockets bought up those shares.  This is the only reason im still here.  I see the trading patterns and I like it. I could be wrong.
