Substantial Issuer Buyback

Substantial Issuer BuybackIt sounds like they will reduce the number of outstanding shares to 40m.  That's a good thing for anyone who chooses not to sell.  But I'm not sure why SOL is taking this approach.  Can anyone explain to the board why they are doing this?  GLTA
