RE:RE:Re. Press ReleaseLike you BobbyGT, they write these press releases in such a way that are not easly understood by many average investors.

Furthermore, today's press release, we are selling 4000 plus units of the company to Canacrap on a private placement at $1000/unit. So they're rasing $4M .  How does the unit price relate to the share price?  This is what the average shareholder can relate to.  This will also have a delutive effect one way or other.  

On the press release clarity issue, this is not very clear.  Whether this is done intentionally or not, my opinion I think it's intentionally.  Many other stocks have their press releases written that are easily understood by their investors.
