HC Approval Date

Who has been keeping track of the submission date in relation to the 40 business days that HC claims they need to do an approval? I'm curious which day this week that falls on.

It all depends when they submitted their application. The earliest day would be the 25th of August and the latest would be the 28th of August. So for the 25th of August taking out Thanksgiving holiday, 40th day would be the 21st of October The 26 August 40 days is 22, October The 27 of August 40 days is 23, October The 28 of August 40 days is 26, October We will ...more

Better to be well informed than not knowing what to expect. We are clearly dealing with a beurocracy and things move very slowly in a beurocratic environment. And since we are on this subject, I forgot about the labour day holiday in September. This will move things for all dates I provided by 1 day. We are close and any day now we could see the approval announced. Don't give up now!
