SPARC AI Makes First Submission to Army February 27, 2025 – TheNewswire - Toronto, Canada – SPARC AI INC. (CSE: SPAI) (OTCQB: SPAIF) (Frankfurt: 5OV0) (“SPAI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has made a submission to an army, of a western nation, for its Target Acquisition System that operates without GPS, Lidar, Radar, Laser and Image Recognition software.
The submission includes a development collaboration with the army for its Target Acquisition System and Loitering Munition drone.
SPARC AI enhances military operations by accelerating the sense-to-shoot cycle with precise geolocation and distance data, improving decision-making, coordination, and soldier survivability, even in covert missions. It strengthens Intelligence Surveillance, Target Acquisition, and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) by enabling rapid target detection in contested environments for effective mission execution. The software also supports autonomous loitering munition drones, operating without GPS or radio frequency to bypass C-UAV systems. Additionally, SPARC AI ensures soldiers can access critical geolocation data even in Denied, Disrupted, Intermittent, and Limited (DDIL) communication environments, maintaining operational effectiveness in challenging conditions.
SPARC AI will be notified of the outcome of its submission in late April 2025.
In February, the Company engaged in discussions with defense prime contractors and is preparing live demonstrations of its technology in March.
SPARC AI will provide further updates on the progress of these discussions.
Additionally, the Company has been enhancing its SPARC AI algorithms, recently integrating the Military Grid Reference System (MGRS) into its Target Acquisition Software. MGRS is the geocoordinate standard used by NATO militaries. The Company is actively developing further enhancements and will share updates with the market in due course.
