Haha, he probably hasnt based on anything. But either way if he says it every day then eventually he will be correct. This stock is extremely undervalued and will go on another run up one of these fine days. Personally, i feel the SP should be minimum .30. i have no prediction that it will get there, but alot of other companies i have invested in doing the same thing are at least that or higher. Pumping is its own reward. If you talk it up enough and cash out. Its possible to do that. Its also very illegal.
