Thanks Smiley
Good morning all. Smiley when I had my hour long conversation with Dr. Sen a couple months ago he stated that if all things go well and Health Canada and Covid don't further push us behind, he said that Sproutly and the JV would have products on the shelves in the 4th quarter of THIS year. It's now September and with the 60 day notice to have product approval with HC and time devoted to other hurdles that will no doubt arise, November maybe a reach but December is a real possibility. That said, co-packer license needs to get done pronto, run the test batches as stated in Hillstreet article and so on. So I'm hopeful that the JV will get our superior products on the shelves before year end and that is what Dr. Sen was hoping for and thought would happen. All the best to you Smiley and all my other long friends here on this board. Best regards, Socal

Fedor - I had to stop reading your post after you spelt the word new as "knew" for the SECOND time within the same paragraph. First time I gave you the benefit of the doubt, second one though ... wow man! I knew you were dumb, I just didn't realize how fundamental the gaps are in your learning. Sorry dude.

During the year ended February 29, 2020, Sproutly paid $4,975,000 of contingent consideration for the completion of an earn-out milestone as part of the acquisition of SSM Partners, and used $587,908 for plant and equipment. ssm is in barbados. Prob where Keith Dolo and Sen are planing there retirement..... Very crooked stuff again.

Well that part was trolling but why pay SSM that amount and if sproutly owns SSM what are they doing with it.
