So this new Peak Processing facility can do 15 million cans a year at current setup. Wouldn't it be just grand to hear that the MH product will be produced there. I think our months of trial and tribulation would be over. Check out the video where they talk about the can line (hope I did this right?)

IBS partnered with Hillview Med, not Hill Street Beverages.   There is no dot to connect.

Is it possible that Sproutly could sign a non-exclusive JV with Hill Street? Who does Hill Street use for extraction? "Peak and Hill Street will be required to submit samples of the proposed products to Health Canada for approval, and there is no guarantee that the products will be acceptable to Health Canada for distribution in Canada without alterations or changes to both the formulations

Hillstreet is paired up with Lexaria for the powdered extraction method

"Powdered Extraction." Obviously inferior. However I can't hate, they got a deal. But one thing is clear. HC is no longer the problem.

One licensed facility does not absolve HC for the last 6 months holding this back.   One facility is among many so while I agree they are making progress, it still remains HC that stands in the way of APP's commercial launch in Canada.  hooefully they get out of their own way sooner than later here
