New bottom ???

Any guesses on, where is the bottom?

Once I thought it is good to buy at $0.40's (I was wrong). Then I thought $0.35 is good (no I was wrong again). Later I thought high twenties are good (wrong again). Last I thought low twenties are good (sadly wrong agian). and still my avg is above forties and no escape.

Any other viewes or opinions

I have stocks that are being shorted badly because people know about the key time lines and potential--let me count them mrs has been badly shorted throughout.
