I agree it should kick it north. Just not 100% shortly. You could be right but it would be an exception rather than the rule (the 100% jump I mean)

TUD Shares and Cash = 7.2M Current MCAP is 10.3M so all their properties will cost you a whopping 3.1M. Does that sound like a reasonable offer.....?
