Here's the approximate cutoff of countries where

TAAT couldn't compete pricewise.

Setti should adjust his marketing spiel to reflect the size of the market that TAAT can compete for.

When you lose the likes of India, South Korea, Taiwan, Bangladesh, China, Mexico, Egypt, Turkey Russia, Brazil, Indonesia et al, you're overstating your ability to carve into a market at ~ $4.00/pack.

Stick to talking about the 'pricey' markets, save 'the rest of the world' for your second decade of operations.

That still leaves plenty of upside but would make your presentations less grandiose annd more believable, even though the facts you state of the size of the global consumption are correct

Where the heck are those lower cost countries getting their packs at such a cheap price?

Marlboro produces and manufactures thier products globally and every country/region has their own facility.  Labour/material costs vary from country to country and end product is taxed differently.
