Some are trashing me and Frogzilla for understanding the roadblocks that the flavored tobacco and vape industry is facing. Just goes to prove that the trolls and bashers are clueless about big tobacco. TAAT will be able to fill the state and municipal legislative voids that will force flavored tobacco and vape companies out of the market. Read the newspapers, everybody is on to the fact that these intiial laws have huge loopholes for flavored cannabis products that must be closed.  NY Post just commented on this and NY is looking to close the loophole.  It's not just cigarettes with menthol that is killing the black cimmunity, all menthol does.
