Recently filed on Oct.25th, 2023...CEO, received 4800 new rights valued at $3600.00. This I assume this is in exchange for some kind of service he has provided and chosen to receive rights instead of payment..I guess his $500k salary not enough ??..to check, look upper page header...under "Insider"....no surprise here..another way of acquiring cheap shares at its bottom im sure we are close to...

Others join CEO, management team "Wood" and "Thompson" on October 29th,2023 were issued 4800 shares each in "exchange for services"...I say what the hell with these guys issuing cheap cheap shares for services...What the hell are they really providing...They all get a SALARY!!!!!

First of all Dude...you have no idea what position I hold presently...I had stated many times Im a Trader.,.and play both sides.  My 3rd time short on this closed a while ago at.28 cents from the initial short of .42 cents...Im been long and short many times back and fourth..On October 30th,,,,I came in big time and bought at between .23 cents and .26 cents...and I can tell you now ...I
