Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. is a Canada-based polymetallic and energy metals exploration company targeting large-scale mineral systems in the Balkans of southeastern Europe and northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company has 90% interest in the Viogor-Zanik Project in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina and owns 100% of the Ceovishte mineral exploration license in southern Serbia. The Canadian assets comprise a 100% optioned portfolio of uranium-prospective licenses on the outskirts of the Athabasca basin: Charlot-Neely, Fontaine Lake, Snowbird and South Pendleton. The Viogor-Zanik Project comprises two mineral exploration licenses (Cumavici and Olovine) totaling approximately 168 square kilometers (km2). The Ceovishte mineral license in Serbia totals over 80.36 km2. Charlot-Nely Lake property covers 163.72 km2 and is located at the heart of the Beaverlodge District, 13 kilometers northeast of Uranium City. South Pendleton uranium licenses are located in northern Saskatchewan, Canada.
