TEVANO ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE FOR SUBSIDIARY TEVANO SYSTEMS INC
Tevano Systems Holdings Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Tevano Systems Inc., a British Columbia company, has changed its name to Scatterbrain Applications Inc.
This is the beginning of a new direction that Stephen Brown, the new chief executive officer, is taking to become a unique holding company for groundbreaking technology software and applications within a broad spectrum of industries and markets.
"We have a plan where Scatterbrain will develop applications both on-line and mobile apps within different fields, with a plan to spin them off and operate autonomously once we believe they can function by themselves. While operating under Scatterbrain we will build outside relationships within the field of the project, in order to further the value, prior to the spinoff."
