Why

Does the price on my cibc investor app say .015 when this was halted at .055? It fluctuates a lot and the bids and asks change as well. If this is halted why does this happen? Anyone?

I think that's just the BID price (some peoplle did order to buy at that rate) but doesn't have to be right.
