Management did succeed in getting the delisting through and since they are using the results of the April vote approving the extension of the maturity, it is a done deal. While i do feel that this is not in the near term interests of Debenture holders, the fact is that the company now has no need to raise funds to pay off the debentures, thus has much more financial flexibility.  I think ...more
