This could free up some shelf space!

A Nevada marijuana company might lose four business licenses
Silver State Trading, stands to lose its medical and adult-use cannabis permits for cultivation and production if its owners don’t finish paying off more than the half-million dollars in taxes the company owes the state.
Several cheques from Silver State Trading to the state have bounced because of insufficient funds, according to the CCB complaint, and for more than two years, the company has filed late tax returns with either partial or no tax payments.

Writing cheques would mean they can put their canabis generated revenue in the bank which I thought was not permitted. Isn't cash how these companies do business? even if a company loses its license and makes shelf space, it seems like 1933 will struggle to increase sales.

The only think that is going to generate direct sales is advertising. Creating buzz. I don't know what the Nevada laws are in regard to advertising but getting in some LED billboards around town and on Resorts World building LED would be great 1933 should also sponsor some comedy shows like they have their advertising ringside when Benavidez is fighting.
