Well

Is the typical response going to happen from the gallery?
"Not sure why anyone would vote in favour of this proposal" or will they be satisfied finally?
Future posts will tell the story.
Certainly we can only hope to move forward finally!!!!

Looks to me like the company has responded in a positive way to pretty reasonable terms : fair to company and shareholders, and fairly rewards debenture holders for their long standing patience. Don't anticipate any further push back by Debenture Holders , so management can focus on building the business for the next year or so.  All in all, things looking up!

Should the Debenture Holders approve the company's proposals and extend term of outstanding $4 millionish in debt for another year, does the company have the necessary cash to squeak through to profitability ?  That is the question !

My thoughts is their plan is to get the stock price up to $0.075 by December 2023 to force a conversion of the debentures rather than pay them out.  I would prefer this be the case as that means debenture holders would be up 50% on principal and interest. Worse case they have antother 14 months to figure out financing to pay off the balance.
