Licenses - Long Beach and California and NNCPs

Tinley's received its Long Beach Cannabis License on November 4, which explains part of the delay.

I guess that is why Jeffrey Maser exercised 900K options @ .08 on Nov. 16. Sounds like he may have some faith in his company afterall.

The Long Beach business license does not indicate what type of business activity they are conducting - other similar active businesses do have theirs listed. Under License Description, sort by Adult-Use Cannabis Manufacturing.

Tinley's is currently a provisional Type N that expires next week on January 11, 2020. It is not renewable.

The company needs an annual renewable license to manufacture its drinks and co-pack. I assume Type S is in the future to permit for shared manufacturing space. I am guessing this is the hold up in California for announcing the co-packers.

Has anyone heard the status of the NNCPs in Canada. They should be approved any moment.

Yes, not a challenging form, which leaves me wondering why it has taken so long. On the plus side, they hired Peak Processing, which has a processing license and specializes in regs in Canada, so perhaps they will set Tinley's back on the rails. Time will tell. In the meantime, Molecule and Becanna have been issued cannabis licenses and are getting set for production in Canada. The race is ...more

Error correction. Bevcanna still does not have a license, they are in the final stages.
