Links and stories

as seen by linkees.  I didn't put my accounting team on the link I posted to verify it and nobody is more aware than I that these companies have very eloquent authors writing this stuff.  You can get away with a lot on the internet that people will run with, like Morgan Freeman dying, several times depending on where you follow.  Even our Tinley is color glossying some of the info disseminated or withholding it alltogether.  I haven't seen any nr saying that we are fully commissioned and then started to put the pieces of information together about the runouts of carbonated drinks and problems with our production line.  If our multiserves are coming off our line, they have no carbonation and I would take that as the line works except for carbonated products.  What to do, what to do?  I was dissapointed that we shut down and dismantled our line 2 where the rtds were co-bottled before having all the kinks worked out on our new State of the Art facility which leaves us with making the Italians own this problem, which makes sense or coming up with another solution which will cost more money.  Co-packers are probably more aware because I suspect they are anxious to get their products out there and the good news is that there aren't very many licensed facilities that can do this so I would guess that they have to wait for us to get commissioned to get cracking.  Maybe a positive Georgia outcome for the Dems will spark some excitement although some think it will still take 2-3 years to get the Fed issue sorted out and I would give Corona priority over Federal pot legalization for Americans.  Good news is that I haven't heard about any problems in Canada in regards to production and don't forget the Becketts which should circumvent all the onerous cannabinoid rules and regulations to get to shelves without problems.  A lot of what is delaying Tinley is out of our hands and as Scotian pointed out, there's some biggies that can't get smooth running either for the same reasons.  Moving at the speed of politicians!  glta and dyodd

I have mentioned before about the onerous rules and regulations by regulators, lawmakers and inspectors in California and probably everywhere else for that matter.  I did a read that contradicts what I just posted about the carbonated beverages and the perceived problems.  This link better explains the situation which is more in line with it is not Tinley's problem other than to have ...more
