It is hard to quantify without all the numbers in front of me, and valuations are highly subjective in any event.  What I can say is that expanding the scope of their supply chain and vertically integrating is an amazing move as it provides alternative revenue streams to hedge against their core product.  It also expans the reach tremendously at their own accord, versus aligning with

I tend to agree with that a little diversification as a startup can only help it's chance of becoming a profitable venture going forward I myself think it's a great move to do so thanks again & hope management pulls this off in a new & growing environment of acceptance to new.
