Actually, it doesn't mean that the price will drop below $0.255.  It is possible that the price temporarily drops to that level, however that doesn't always happen.  If you recall, some people recently predicted that NUMI would drop to $0.68 as that was the pp price.  I predicted a much smaller drop.  And the shares did drop, to about $1.03.
