Worthy of note is their Chief Strategy Officer Tim Humblestone.  His profile says he has worked closely with Health Canada.

Maybe they are working with Health Canada to incorporate Blockstrain as a track and trace system.

All the team profiles are really impressive. Lots of law enforcement background,  Vancouver article from Spire's webpage I like the 'mix'
