8 more days in February
!!!!!Feb-Mar 2021!!!!!! 5,000m of air core drilling with samples taken every 1m to be performed Feb-Mar 2021 Approximately 40 to 50Mt of spodumene rich tailings spread in 8 dumps along the historical Manono-Kitotolo open pit tin mine. Grab samples have confirmed an average Li2O grade of 1%.

Its going to get exciting here when they start releasing assays. I am sure some will be well over 1%

40 to 50mt grading 1% in tailings dumps would be the equivalent of 120 to 150mt in traditional mining, because of overburden and waste to ore ratio, its all about efficiency!

Basically boils down to what is the cost of getting a ton to the process plant and the value of that ton. Traditional mining would first have to clear off meters of useless overburden, then strategically mine out the higher concentrations which will still mean moving waste, so the cost per ton of getting paydirt to the plant is high. We are in a sweet situation.
