One problem - there is NO Swiss Financial Institution nor Asian Investment company. There was Afrimet Resources- a metal trader who managed to score 65,000,000 shares AT 1 CENT!!! Honestly, Afrimet didn't invest a lot of money if they had invested 5 or 10 million, ok that would be good, but 650 t CAD is not a lot of money. And if Tantalex Resource distributes the shares at CAD 0.01, one can conclude from this that this is not a good deal. Ximeigroup probably don't need as much as tantalex to publish those kind of news. Remember, this is a MOU, not a final contract. Those bigger companies don't PR MOI/LOI with small companies as TTX, this is noise for them.
