You can see why TTX might be reluctant to do more drilling

considering BEFORE the drilling and assay results the 27% they just acquired was worth $10,000,000 and 35M shares but after the dismal results they got it for $500,000 and 20M shares - that's how bad the results sucked.

They might also want you to forget that Cominiere was the company that screwed over their neighbour AVZ with only the 25% share of AVZ they had.

Cominiere has 30% of the TTX play.

Oops?

Kozmo, there was a time i use to think you were smart and what you said was well thought out and we just had a difference of opinion. Your posts and constant manipulation of the truth is starting to prove me wrong. You got it wrong on so many different levels. How can you accuse other people of spreading lies when you do it yourself? Maybe you need to have another read (below) and this time pay ...more

Um $500K plus 35M shares today comes to ... $4M July 15 2021 the SP was 6 cents making the deal $10M in cash or $1.2 M in shares... ... LOL Nice try.

Kozmo, the option was 10mio or shares. They opted for the shares so again this shows your lack of understanding.

Then if they opted for the shares you may want to correct and re-release the NR ... "Tantalex SAU (“TTX SAU”) has effectively exercised its option to acquire an additional 27% stake in the MINOCOM SAS joint venture from MINOR SARL for a total consideration of USD $500,000 and the issuance of 35,000,000 common shares of TTX"

How i interpret that is the original contract was $10,000,000 OR 20,000,000 shares. and they decided they want the shares instead of the money so they put much more weight on the shares (assuming the share price would double at the time the contract was signed@13.5 cents) AND padded the deal with an extra $500,000 for a little financial insurance. Because like you said AVZ is done and dusted ...more

Huh? I agree with you they are in the same position w Cominiere as AVZ was and could lose it but your calcs on the numbers are a wee bit off ... $500K plus 35M shares at SP as of May 17 2022 (date of amended agreement) comes to only $3,650,000 - that's just over 1/3rd the original agreement value. The glaringly obvious reason they had settled for that is the results of the waste pile drilling ...more

I think you misunderstand the whole concept of taking the shares vs money. So i can understand why you are so disgruntled with the company and think you are getting ripped off and hence the results must be poor. Maybe i can help your understanding. Money (now) vs Shares (future) if you opt to accept the shares you are gambling on the price of the stock going up which means it doesn't matter ...more

Actually Cominiere only had 25% of AVZ before scuttling the whole thing ... they have 30% stake in TTX's play.

i have been heavily invested in AVZ for 5 years and i am across everything that is going on there so i find your perception of the dealings with AVZ very amateurish, funny and lacking full knowledge. I won’t waste my time schooling you on everything that is happening because you will find a way to twist the facts into something not true. As you do. But I will say this, Cominiere got caught being ...more

Yes. Waiting for a ruling for AVZ is the only thing you can do. Corruption is a major issue in DRC. It is built into the fabric of its society. So, it's possible some under handed things have also occurred with TTX and DRC government officials. To a certain extent this risk is already baked into the share price. Always has been in my opinion.  https://www.transparency.org/en/countries ...more

Still near the bottom when it comes to corruption. It will take time to overcome this structural issue in country. The second article is more applicable to producing, active mines. TTX is an explorer that wants to become a producer. You are in the orphan phase if you will. DRC is focused on cracking down on non compliance of active producers. Clearly, things are murky when it comes to ...more

The point i am trying to make is that there is a new president now who is cracking down on corruption in the DRC. He has made it his number one goal. But one would never know that because you never once mentioned that but rather you always post doom and gloom articles. Even your last paragraph you have to bring up stats from 2 years ago. As i see it you either live in the past and don't risk ...more

It's better that you assume less. Reading between the lines and attempting to put words in my mouth does not make them my own. I am aware I that there is a new president in DRC. And I am aware of the desire to crack down on corruption. Any progress made is a step in the right direction.  Corruption in DRC is deeply entrenched. It's a structural issue that will resist change ...more

A) $10,000,000 or 20M shares for $500,000 and 35M reads alot diffrent than your version B) $10,000,000 and 35M shares for $500,000 and 20M By the looks of the new deal they are gambling on a stock price of > 27 cents (to equate to $10M).
