Its not a trading halt "Pending News" If I had to guess I'd say its because this crew somehow failed to file their Financial Statements on time. I can understand why they would NOT want to disclose to investors the financial situation but nonetheless, they quite simply HAVE to. If they can't even manage to meet simple regulations like this ...
