I think what inquiing minds are after here is what becomes of the URL shares that folks are holding today. What are they worth in this transaction...? At the moment the market suggests not very much and less by the hour with shares trading below 23 cents again today....anybody actually know anything about how the math could play out?

Good question. This isn’t a takeover of the public shell, just the operating company. Brisio (now namesilo) will sell the operating company (namesilo llc) and get $15mm now less the portion not owned and the other $15mm over the next 3 years I believe the press release read.  Youd still own all your shares just in a public shell with no operating company. They’d just have the investments in ...more

Thank you that was very helpful. I do have a couple of follow up questions if you wouldn't mind, sorry but if you feed a stray dog....:-)  How are the value of the shares of the public shell determined? Would our shares convert on a 1:1 ratio basis based on some formula upon close of this deal or something else entirely? Given the market's reaction to the news, i'm guessing it ...more

The value of the shares will be determined by the market. If the market is acting rational it should be somewhere around cash value plus a value close to the investment holdings adjusted for debt. The potential kicker and elephant in the room is what will management do with the money. If they make a great acquisition and can double what they paid for it (like they did with namesilo) in just over 2 ...more

here is whats happening, shareholders will get approx 22 to 25 cents at most, and then good bye. you better roll your funds into another tech. I follow SWIS GlobeX Data Ltd. check it out.
