1). Dilute the company and it's share price
2). Spend money we need desperetly for drilling
 Let's take stock
Madison: Nothing economical
Gooseberry: Nothing economical
Tuscarora:  Nothing economical
Palmer: That company maker....... Nothing economical
The new project:   Nothing economical
The CEO knows how to spend our money but doesn;t seem to know how to make money
