I respect PG's opinions. What he doesn't say in the following is telling. . By not even mentioning Gooseberry or the great Tuscacora you can forget them at leats for now. Madsion summarized as " a still worthy on-going JV in Montana" is pretty tepid. Palner looks like the whole enchilada.
