Yesterday, American Pacific Mining (USGD.c USGDF) reported additional high-graded drill results with 10.4 g/t Gold over 12 Metres and 2.09% Copper over 29.7 Metres Within a Larger Mineralized Envelope at Its Madison Project!
These results are from USGD's 2024 Phase I infill and extension drill program and encompass four new drill holes which highlight the project's potential.
With significant intersections of both copper and gold, providing strong evidence for continued mineralization in the area, the highlights include:
- 12.34 m of 10.36 g/t Au and 0.88% Cu, including 30.96 g/t Au over 3.66 m.
- 22.40 m of 0.63 g/t Au, including 3.05 m of 1.76 g/t Au.
- 2.90 m of 3.17 g/t Au and 2.41% Cu.
- 75.13 m of 0.98% Cu, including 8.14 m of 3.66% Cu, and 9.75 m of 1.56% Cu.

Expressing excitement about the high-grade results, USGD's CEO, Warwick Smith, commented:

The consistency and grade of mineralization we're encountering speaks volumes about the robustness of this system and the results have highlighted open-ended areas to target in Phase II."
Notably, the drilling suggests the mineralization is open to the west, south, and at depth, with a focus on the contact zone of the Rader Creek Pluton. The area has historically been underexplored, and the current findings show potential for expanding the mineralized zones significantly in future exploration phases.
With plans to explore further along the Rader Creek contact, which is largely untested in the southern areas, Phase II drilling will aim to extend the known orebody and continue testing high-grade copper and gold mineralization, especially in areas adjacent to previous mining activities.
