Trying to get into the minds of traders, original Screenpro shareholders and Compel shareholders is like trying to figure out Hannibal Lecter.
I can understand that there were a number of individuals who got free shares ....but when this fired up on the first day of trading and the subsequent drop would they not have sold many of their shares? For those that still have them, does it make any sense that they would be the ones to flood the Asks, in the millions, every time there is any positive momentum? It happens so quickly it's hard to imagine that individual day traders, unless working together, could manipulate this so easily and abruptly.
SCRN doesn't appear to have any significant debt and the forecast for the rest of the year looks fantastic. While some might argue the value of Morningstar for analyses, in spite of the bouncing around that has happened to the sp for SCRN the Fair Value sp has remained steady around $.15, for over a month. Imho that's a really positive sign but ....it doesn't account for the markets.
Warrant options are out there at $.02, $.03 and $.15. Have any of these been exercised yet ....and even so they make up such a small fraction of the over 300 million outstanding shares?
Lots of questions ...any answers?
GLTE ...waiting patiently!!!
