Here is the part that I found most interesting from the MD&A
'The Company is showcasing and testing its TRUE product line with leading Health care providers, property management companies and educational institutions having presence across Canada and US. These companies have expressed their interest in TRUE products due to their high quality and efficacy in the fight against COVID -19 pandemic. Discussions and final negotiations have been initiated and are currently in progress.'
When working with BIG companies, institutions, governments, etc, things take way more time than they should. Negiatiations with procurement departments can be painfully slow and uncomfortable. Biosenta, I'm sure, is experiencing this reality right now. Besides contacting the right people in these establishments, you then have to prove the merits of your product. This often involves further testing, meetings, convincing, etc. Companies who like our product then have to break contracts with their former suppliers (contracts that have exhibited for perhaps decades, often with personal or family attachments) before taking on the new product line. This stuff doesn't happen overnight as change for a new product can be hard when people don't know how harmful and dangerous the old products can be.
I think this is where Biosenta is right now. It looks like we are building inventory and, the part I like most, FINALIZING negotiations. This, to me, sounds like we are about to make some deals. I'm not sure what health care providers and educational institutions they are specifically referring to, but I think we will be excited when it happens.
We also have a few other irons in the fore, so to speak. Sanitization 360 is looking a recurring monthly orders. The last one was for 30000+ litres. Kleen Bee labs in the States, etc
Be prepared people. I've been telling you for years that this is ready to EXPLODE. I think our time has come. Don't miss this rocket!!!!
