Hey board of directors???

Hey board of directors???What the frig is going on??? My wife n I have just moved our TFSA's from Manulife to Scotia iTrade. The trouble is the ZRO shares in each account are stuck and didn't move; something about a share exchange preventing their movement and yet the stock is still trading or not???UNKLAL
