I am not sure your angle here, but nobody wants to listen to a 60 something, divorced, broke has been who invested money he couldn't afford. I'm guessing you were a pretty relevant cat who is no longer that relevant.
From where I sit, this company is now on the right path and has been careful to develop and protect its products. It's done things the right way. It's on the cusp, I think, of greatness. You seem threatened by that. Im not quite sure why you are so concerned with dilution. The company issued shares recently to those it owed money to. A couple of million shares. These people believe enough in the company to do this. There are only about 24 million shares outstanding. Not a lot at all. You or I could have picked up those shares on the open market for the same price, or lower, on the open market for the longest time. However, those days appear over now.
Gobs of shares haven't traded because people know what they have. Insiders, who believe in this company, own them. Tightly held. This company may have to do a raise eventually as it develops and marleys its technology. All public companies do this.
Not all companies have gobs of money laying around. Without funds, all companies are doomed m.
But I guarantee that this raise will not be at 28 cents and won't significantly dilute the share value
UNKLAL, you seem to have something against this company. I'm not sure what your angle is, but I think you either need to sh$t or get off the potty. Either you're in or you're out. If you constantly appear on this board bashing and ranting and BITC&ING and using capital letters...well, we're all getting tired of it.
I had you on ignore but a few other posters asked me to write this message. Yes, you're entitled to your opinion, but don't sound like you're a bitter, desperate, lunatic.
By the way, Unklal...I was pretty correct in my assumptions about you, wasn't I? You, on the other hand, weren't even close. I am well educated, own multiple properties, live in a nice house in a nice suburb, am in my 60s, and am quite happy with life.
You sound like a train wreck. Bashing doesn't look good on you. And why are you so threatened by MR. Gill? You're either Bruce Lewis or someone who has something to gain by this company not succeeding.
