Insider Dene Rogers sold 10,000 shares at a little less than $0.36 each.

Jackal?  One insider selling 10000 shares looks bad??? I could see it 'looking bad' if a number of insiders were selling their shares at once... but they're not.  if you research carefully you will see that he owns hundreds of thousands shares in this company. Perhaps he needed a little cash (kid's grad, car repairs, vacation...who knows). Even if he sold more ...more

Hey Management, According to your filing, between June 2-4, insider Dene Rogers sold off more than 300,000 shares, or more than 40% of his position. Still waiting to hear from you. I've been politely asking for more information about the company and its activities. If an insider is selling, and he knows about those activities, what should investors take from that?

Jackal. Yes, an insider sold quite a few shares. Again, how many insiders have sold off?  1. That's one more than 0. Not a whole lot.  insiders owned about 50% (that's half) of the total shares outstanding prior to Dene Rogers selling. Insiders own MORE THAN 47% of shares outstanding. And they are not selling.
