KBLT MGMT Pretty Scammy - Avoid
KBLT did seem attractive. After this last deal and much digging, it looks like when KBLT was set up, founders received a HUGE amount of free stock. So keep the equity issues going and with a HUGE discount along the way to screw up recent buyers and all will keep sweet (akak hidden). DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!! The 1,000,000+ buyers of KBLT just got hoodwinked!! Gee whiz, its only a couple of bucks between friends!? These guys should be investigated and had I lost money on this issue I would be suing!! After this recent secondary issue, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

indoubtgetout, if you know that WPM, has a good nose for good deals, and this deal for KBLT and WPM is substantively equal, then this was the chance to buy, or to buy more. A mining term of more than 20 years, possibly 30 years. What else do you want? Better buy and put shares away for a few years.

And the deal was leaked as the bus share drop before the deal was announced shows....investigation is needed. Something crooked appears to heave been done.
