Why the pitiful share price?

The last private placement was on Nov 17.  The shares issued were subject to a 4 month and 1 day hold which expired March 18.  There is now a flood of new shares in circulation and some of these new investors are dumping.

They did a good job at raising the needed cash for the coming year. Cash is hard to come by for resource exploration. Good for them.
