Engineering VP selling...

I am curious as to why Terry is dumping his position? Problems with their West Nipisi acreage?
With the WTI price set to take a big jump, things could get really interesting, quickly!
I still believe that Headwater needs to complete an acquistion to reach their long term goals!

I think he might be buying a summer home, but nice try to generate some fear.  It sounds like you sold your position after the dividend record date last week? You weren't alone. Dividend record dates are good times to buy from the small time traders who follow this common pattern.

Nice try there Rusty, but I have never owned Headwater in my life. I did own Corridor for awhile before they did the reverse takeover, or whatever it was! As for me trying to suddenly create fear, I have been saying for quite sometime that Headwater is more or less overpriced and the market makers had done a good job pumping up the shareprice.Let's not forget that Headwater has previously ...more

Those are stock options he is exercising and if you know anything about taxes you have sell a bit more then your option grant to cover the tax hit.  As for Eric Nuttal he wasn't expressing any doubt at all, your lying again!  Two lies in one post, what a shame.  Here are nuttals latest comments from March 24th.   Currently in a net cash position.  Owns 9.9% of ...more

Check out Nuttall's January BNN interview concerning Headwater. I am sure that you will learn something! As for the tax implications of Terry's recent exercising of his options, the tax bill occurs only when you exercise those options, not when they were granted. Therefore, the tax owing from Terry exercising his options last week is for the 2023 taxation year! Good try largeone, but next ...more

Eric in his most recent bnn commented that his jan concern about being lite on inventory has been put to rest as a result on recent exploration success at greater peavine, west nipisi, and west martin hills.Presentation shows clear 10 year runway at 60 to 70 wells per year.Clearwater is in early developement with a lot news to come.West nipisi now has 3 zones tested and on production.Lycos run by ex ...more

Benny, if you really believe that New Brunswick is looking to lift their fracking ban on natural gas, as you say, then you really did not do your homework here. The biggest hurdle is the fact that municipalities are not allowed to treat waste water from hydraulic fracking. Throw in the opposition from First Nations, the clowns who call themselves the "Greens" and the overall lack of a ...more

For someone that doesn't own any shares you sure do try to stir up the hornets nest!  The reason you sell more shares then you exercise to pay your tax bill, even if its not due until April 30, 2024, is incase the value of the stock plunges and now you find yourself short.  So you always do it right away, so you have the cash on hand!  Better educate yourself next time and hire ...more

Actually largeone, some of your last post does not make any sense. From what I am looking at, Danku sold 300,000 shares and realized about $1.9 million. He also spent about $ 500,000 exercising his options. Therefore he has about $1.4 million to use to pay his tax bill on a net capital gain of about $1.0 million max, if we are factoring in that the shares he actually sold cost him nothing.  ...more
