Here is a previous post of mine......It's definitely worth a repeat !!!

Aegis did the last financing in early May. There is a warrant reset feature in the event of the r/s. There is a proportionate adjustment based on lowest vwap the 5days prior and 5 days preceding the r/s. Warrants will be reset from $.85 based on this adjustment…Aegis does very toxic deals. Please read paragraph 3 of the 424B4 on 5/3/24. Price action points to them wanting a very low vwap.
