As it relates to this CTO and reinstatement of trading
on the TSXV, IIROC provides the administration of the BCSC order and relies on the TSXV to provide instruction to resume trading.

IIROC does not have jurisdiction over the issuers of securities. Here is an excerpt from Cache Exploration

Upon revocation of the CTO and MCTO by the BCSC , the company will then apply for reinstatement of trading on the TSXV, which as a result of the CTO halted trading in the company's common shares. 

The process of seeking reinstatement by the TSXV will begin as soon as possible and the company will issue further news release with respect to the expected timing of the reinstatement process in due course.

I've spoken to jack via text. As you are all aware, this is all the exchange, they halted 1300 companies for late filing, and they take their time re reinstating them. Theres nothing to do but wait.
