Thanks for that explanation, that makes sense. If they know 12 months out that it will be above the warrent price, it makes sense to load up for on the private placement now, take a small loss

I see what youre saying and I agree. The PP would have to be within a certain price range for what I said to be feasible. Look at DM, insiders are selling at .04 and .035 to get in on the .05 PP with

Yeah but then at what price is the PP at and at what scale are the warrents exercisable at. No way its around the 0.025 range..... Would be a .05-.10 PP and would the warrents be exercisable below
