Money being spent on Investment bank...they are not cheap. Anyone involved with the negotiation s would be in blackout. They cannot say anything. My guess is everything will happen within the next month but that is a total guess.

I believe funds are also being directed to software development.

I hope they are not using funds for software development. That would be counter intuitive considering they are selling the software and we have no money. Sinking money that you have to buy at 24% interest on something you are selling just seems dumb to me. But you never know with these Einstiens.

Software development?  WHAT KIND of software and for who?  The last marketable anouncement was for XY.  Prior to that MVP was released way back in Dec of 2015.  Can someone please direct us to something tangible or visible on this development and XY (considering we paid for it), or is all of that in blackout too?
