Costco is great
Costco is greatVirtually zero activity on this board even though it involves one of the greatest retail companies in the world. I have been a member for over 25 years and recently upgraded to their executive class membership on the suggestion of a check out lady who said l would profit due to my monthly spending . she nailed that one , l have already recouped my entire membership dfee. Today l had a reason to call them , l make all my own wine using exclusively Costco Wine Kits , most provided by Argentina Ridge . Over a period of a quarter century l have made on average 100 bottles or more per month , for about 30000 bottles , For the first time l had a problem and called Argentina Ridge and had to deal with some really superior young sounding girl who wanted all types of technical details , the fact that l have made more of their wine than that fool will drink in several lifetimes was of no consequence,. Thanked h3r said it was what l expected from a company who could care less about end users and hung up Called Costco explained the situation and a full refund was forthcoming within a couple of hours. Until the day l die l will be a Loyal Costco Member and shopper. .That's why they are Best in Class.
