The company at some point was a good shell with beautiful liquidity for a nice value play... What killed it and turned it into a joke is the Board of directors! Never ever ever under estimate the value of a good and honest board...  Honestly, they probably had like 4-5 cents cash for shareholders in the event of a liquidation... Now the SP is at 1 cents and they have no money left!!!   ...more
