I agree with that.  They are the brooms of the stock market. The clean out the dirt pretty quickly when it builds up.  The management here was trying to prop up the unit price by increasing the distribution. That's a RED FLAG for SHORTS.  It also stirred the pot of investors that were in the company for the long term who hold enough units to have some real clout.
