Revised Revenue Potential Calculation Breakdown 2019

About 3  months ago I made a post regarding the possible revenue outcome for this year, however since then croperations have expanded their Nevada Nye site to 1865 acres, with a total pivoted area of 1340 acres.  I figured a revision of my previous calculation is long overdue.

OK....So lets assume that they get $200 per lb. JUST for the flower...which we already know they will be getting much more than that.

(240,000 LB  X  $200 = $48,000,000 USD)  X   0.49 =   $23,520,000 USD   or   $30,878,232 CAD

For their 2019 harvest:
(1,340,000 LB  X  $200 =  $268,000,000 USD)  X  0.49 =  $131,320,000  USD   or  $173,985,868  CAD..... once again keep in mind this is only for the flower, and not seeds, oils, baled fibre or CBD isolate!

Washington II  -  The Park

Now I am not 100% sure what the US prices are per pound, but the average cost that I am seeing is $3,000 USD, but I will go with a very modest number of $1,600/ LB just because I can.

((1000LB/ month  X $1,600 USD/ LB  =  $1,600,000)  X  0.6 = $960,000/ month)  X  3  = $2,880,000 USD / quarter   or   $11,520,000 USD at annually, until the property costs are recovered.  Then they will receive 30% indefinately after that.

California 1  -  Humboldt Farms

(1400 LB  X  $1,600/LB  =  $2,240,000 USD)  X  0.3 =  $672,000 USD  for the good stuff
(700 LB  X $1,000/LB  =  $700,000 USD)  X  0.3 =  $210,000 USD for the lower tier bud used for extracts.  That brings my extremely low prediction the Humboldt farms first harvest to $882,000 USD.

Italy

For the high grade CBD hemp I believe they will fetch well over $100,000 / acre.

($100,000/ acre  X  25 acres)  X  0.3  = $750,000 USD  for the Italy project. So to conclude:

  $23,520,000 -  Nevada
$2,880,000   -  Washinton II  The Park
  $882,000      -  California  -  Humboldt Farms
+$750,000      -  Italy
  $28,032,000  -  Total revenue for Q4

$28,032,000 for Q4 2019 is my personal modest prediction, based off the numbers given to us.  2019 will easily be over 100 million USD however, with the Nevada project alone. It wont be long until we are near the top of this list below, just keep in mind these numbers wont be coming out for a while yet.

Nice to see some valuable info, instead of the usual BS from muppets. Thanks guys.

Thanks for quickly crunching numbers.  Only one area to point out, it looks like they wont be getting $200 per pound for hemp flower.  In the offtake agreement they have for 2019, the bulk hemp flower price is in the $35-55 range.  So revenue for the Nevada hemp farm will be significantly lower then that. Having said that, the revenues will still be huge, warrenting a much higher ...more

Yes, that is just for that one particular deal. Prices of sales will vary, depending on the off take agreement size. But yes- even at the lowest spectrum of the scale, being $55/ LB, they would be proving roughly 73 million with just their Nevada site alone. (1,340 acres  X  1,000  LB/Acre   X   $55 / LB   =   $73,700,000)

Most of Neveda is hemp which is $37-$57 a pound so you would need to revise. Also, I am with you that we will make gains on the Cannabis sector list but those other companies at the time we produce great results will also be. Just to keep in mind.

Yes but the other companies are already overvalued with market caps of over a billion.  We are at a fraction SP with equal revenues this year.  They are all losing money and still SP over $5 dollars.   Most of them.  We will be shooting stars come April when results are out.
