BIG STATEMENT CROP CEO, Michael Yorke, stated: Closing this acquisition is the largest transaction CROP has ever completed to date. CROP now has the largest licensed recreational cannabis farm in the United States and perhaps the world with over 1,000 acres of which 40 acres will be planted this year.

I DONT KNOW WHERE YOU GET YOUR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ON THE DEBT. I AM LOOKING AT TGE COMPANY'S Q1 2020 FILINGS AND IT SHOWS A SHORT TERM DEBT OF 196K AND TOTAL LIABILITIES LESS THAN $3.6M. Tptal asset is $26M while shareholders equity is $22m or around 14 cents a share. Short term debt means debt that are due witjin a year.
